We used three different rooms during our stays, one a higher grade than the other two. Rooms even the smaller ones are big but bare with few furniture. Lots of eateries serving a variety of food, small shops and a very good cinema within short walking distance. Not exactly touristy but very lively, it's one of the oldest neighborhood where local residents, expats and foreign college students (because of the HKU dormitory nearby) live. Really close to the Kennedy Town subway station which takes 10 minutes to reach the Central district. Affordable

Great location near MTR station so easy to get to Central. Bed was big and comfortable. Room was spacious and was complete with fridge, closet, TV. Big windows with views of Hong Kong although some blinds left a small gap so it wasn't totally dark.

The location is great - very close to the seafront, MTR station and tram stop, also many nice coffee shops and restaurants around. I also like the view with boats and ships just in front. The room is quite spacious for HK housing. Overall, it's a good value for the price.

The new, modern interior room in Mia Casa was very clean, good bed with great vieuw from the 12th floor. Reachable bij fast lift. Desk reception was 24 hours available and very nice people. The location was fantastic. Close to Kennedy Town MTR and the east - west tram line. Nice , not too busy neighbourhood. Reastaurants and shops ..plenty! All you need at y'r fingertips

The hotel was spacious for the cost, the bed was relatively hard but was okay for 7 nights! Decent location, only a few MTR stops from Central (15mins tops). Lots of gooooood food places.

Short walk to train station, great location, safe area, plenty of dining options in area, compact clean comfortable accommodation, safebox in room, functioning air conditioning unit much appreciated
